Our Community
Our historic apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, boast unique features such as large closets, spacious kitchens with breakfast bars, high ceilings, and numerous windows that allow for an abundance of natural light. Many of our apartments also feature restored historic elements, giving residents a sense of living in a fairytale. Our community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, community room with pool tables, TV, and foosball, and convenient access to Rock Creek Park.
The Ballroom
One of the crown jewels of our community is our stunning ballroom, available for rent for both public and private events. Originally built in the 1920s, this breathtaking space features restored historic character, including high vaulted ceilings with heavy oak beams in true English Gothic style. Whether you're looking to host a wedding ceremony, recital, concert, reception, or any other type of event, our ballroom is the perfect setting.
