Poor Customer Experience

One reviewer, Terry Diedrich, tried to drop off their taxes but found the office to be closed, with no one available until the following Monday. Unrealistic Expectations
Paul DiMarco was shocked to learn that the firm requires a minimum fee of $500 upfront, without even meeting with them. They felt that this was an unreasonable expectation, especially for a simple tax filing.
