Our community features a variety of amenities, including a private entrance, detached garage, and plenty of parking. Additional amenities include a luxurious kitchen with lots of cabinets and a snack bar, 2 telephone connections, high-speed internet access, and plush carpeting throughout. Our community is also pet-friendly, and we welcome cats with a limited weight limit and a small additional deposit.

Our apartment community is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to get to work, school, or other destinations. We are also just a short drive from the Fox River Mall, Downtown Neenah, and College Avenue, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. At Breezewood Park Apartments, we welcome cats and consider it a privilege to permit tenants to keep animals on the premises. The following animal restrictions apply:
Cats: allowed, with a 40-pound weight limit, and an additional deposit of $250 per cat and an additional monthly rent of $25/month per cat.
