That's why we're committed to providing income-restricted apartments for moderate to medium-income individuals and families. Our workforce housing program is designed to help essential workers, such as teachers, first responders, and healthcare professionals, find affordable housing in the community where they work.
Apply for Income-Restricted Apartments
To be eligible for our income-restricted apartments, applicants must meet certain income qualifications. These qualifications include:
- For a 1-person household, annual income of $50,480 or less
- For a 2-person household, annual income of $57,680 or less
- For a 3-person household, annual income of $64,880 or less
- For a 4-person household, annual income of $72,080 or less
- For a 5-person household, annual income of $77,840 or less
To apply for our income-restricted apartments, applicants must provide the following documentation:
- Completed application for every household member 18 years of age or older
- Income verification items, including one month of consecutive current bank statements and two consecutive bi-weekly paystubs
- Additional documents may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets
