Claim and Customer Service Issues
The reviewer, Paul Grgich, expresses his dissatisfaction with the insurance company, stating that they failed to provide the promised service. Despite submitting his claim form in December, he did not receive any updates on his claim from early January to the end of March. Whenever he inquired about the status, he was given excuses, such as blaming the insurance company for the delay.
