We have established an outstanding reputation in the health care industry, and we are dedicated to providing quality health care in the comfort and convenience of your home. Our team works swiftly and diligently with patients, their family members, and physicians to create a "plan of care" designed to enhance security and independence. Our goal is to always provide the highest quality of care with the primary focus of improving the caliber of life for all of our precious patients.
Home Care Services
Home care is a broad range of professional health care and support services provided in the patient's home. People who are recovering from an illness or accident, disabled, chronically or terminally ill, most often use these services. Typically home care is appropriate when a person can safely stay at home but still needs ongoing care that cannot easily or effectively be provided solely by family and friends. At Lifetime Home Health Care, we believe that a team approach to patient care is the most efficient way of shortening recovery time for our patients.
Our staff is committed to having a team of caring professionals that are licensed, certified, bonded, and highly trained. The staff works in coordination with a patient's physician to ensure the highest level of care possible. We provide a wide array of medical services that includes Skilled Nursing & Therapy, Home Support Services, and Community Care Programs. Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of our patients, whether they are recovering from illness, injury, or simply need extra help at home.
Skilled Nursing & Therapy
Lifetime Home Health Care provides professional skilled nursing care and customizes it according to your needs. We will have a registered nurse provide the initial assessment and coordinate care with your physician and other medical practitioners to ensure that quality care is delivered. Our skilled nursing services include disease management, diabetic management, health teachings, wound care, medication management, Alzheimer's care, and Parkinson's care.
Our rehabilitation program is geared to assist our patients to improve their quality of life. We seek to restore, or preserve the daily life skills that help individuals maintain their dignity and independence. Our rehabilitation services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, intravenous therapy, and lymphedema therapy.
Home Support Services
All of our Home Health Aides are supervised by a Registered Nurse and participate in annual mandatory in-service hours. A home health aide helps the patients with personal care tasks such as assist with bathing, assist with feeding, assist with toileting, assist with dressing, assist with walking, use of walker or wheelchair, assist with transfers from bed to chair or commode and back, prepare and serve meals, wash dishes, clean the kitchen and bathroom sinks, maintain general cleanliness of home.
Senior Care Management
At Lifetime Home Health Care, we understand the daily challenges of caring for an aging parent or loved one. Our Senior Care Management program is designed to bring relief to those that are left with the responsibility of caring for an aging parent or loved one. We have several packages of care that can work for your specific needs. We want to see all our seniors live in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible. Our program helps individuals stay at home by addressing any and all aspects of their daily living that may require assistance. This includes medical care, personal care needs, medication monitoring, home safety, and socialization. We also coordinate and update with doctors and family members on the seniors' personal needs. Additionally, our Quality Care team will keep you informed with personalized email updates.

Disappointment and Frustration
The reviews shared by Author Dianne Lacayo express overwhelming disappointment and frustration with the home health care services provided by this organization. The author's 74-year-old mother underwent triple bypass surgery and required assistance with daily activities, including bathing and physical therapy. Despite promises, the caregivers failed to appear on multiple occasions, leaving the family to handle her needs.
Communication Issues
The author highlights the lack of communication and accountability within the organization. The manager, Cisy, seemed uncertain and unable to provide reliable information or resolve the issues. The author's mother was left waiting and worrying, with no clear solution in sight.
Unreliable Staff
The author describes inconsistent and unreliable staff, including the physical therapist Christian, who did show up but only for a short period. The home health aide, Jackie, did not follow through on her commitments and failed to communicate with the family. The author felt that the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy.
Poor Management
The author criticizes the management team, led by Cisy, for their inability to manage the staff effectively. The team fails to keep track of their employees, leading to no-shows and poor communication with patients and families.
Termination of Services
In the final straw, the organization ceased services to the author's mother without warning, despite the PT and HHA being scheduled to visit her that day. This abrupt termination has left the author's mother in a vulnerable position, requiring a new referral process and delayed care.
