Unsatisfactory Experiences with Laura Ruzzo Reale
Misrepresentation and Overcharging
Both reviewers, Kai and Lorie Celseti, expressed dissatisfaction with Laura Ruzzo Reale's services. They alleged that she repeatedly lied to them, charged exorbitant fees, and failed to provide satisfactory work. Kai claimed that Laura mistakenly billed them under an incorrect name and charged interest on balances due. Lorie, on the other hand, stated that Laura put a lien on her house without her knowledge or consent, despite having already paid a substantial amount of money.
Unprofessional Behavior
