Medical Care Experience
The reviews highlight a mixed experience at Presidio Derm. Some patients have had positive encounters, praising their dermatologists, the staff, and the overall care they received. For instance, Danice M. was happy with her appointment, feeling relieved about treatable issues, and Jennifer Larkin had thorough annual skin screenings with Dr. Song, with minimal wait times. Oriana Branon has been a long-time patient and praises Dr. Camarillo's kind and knowledgeable approach.
Dissatisfaction with Customer Service
However, several patients have had negative experiences. Sawyer J. Whalen felt rushed and unhappy with his brief appointment, which ended without a prescription. They also had difficulty reaching anyone on the phone. A. S. was frustrated with the billing process, feeling that the office prioritized payment over patient care. Yiyun Lan was surprised by the high cost of their initial consultation, which she felt was not worth the price. Sam M. had a terrible billing experience, with an unexpected high bill for a short office visit. Lisa OReilly was disappointed with the cancellation of her appointment, feeling that the office didn't care about new patients.
