Broken Promises and Poor Management
Several residents have expressed frustration and disappointment with their experience at Array Apartments. The main issues stem from broken appliances and systems, poor communication, and unhelpful management.
Broken Systems and Appliances
Residents have reported broken appliances, stuck elevators, and faulty fob systems that prevent access to apartments and office buildings. One resident was locked out of their apartment building and office building twice due to an error with their fob. Another incident involved a stuck elevator that required someone else to open the door.
Poor Communication and Management
Residents have complained about rude and unhelpful management staff who speak over them, hang up on them, and fail to respond to concerns. One resident was told to schedule their move-out date and provide updates, which is not a standard operating procedure. Management failed to provide updates, leading to misunderstandings and additional fees.
