Quality of Service and Maintenance
The reviews highlight several issues with the property's maintenance and service. Charles Metzroth's experience with his lease being denied due to perceived inappropriate comments and his apology notwithstanding, he was ultimately forced to move due to discomfort caused by his behavior. Diistorted Music's experience is more concerning, as their apartment has been plagued by rats and roaches, which were initially denied by the property management company.
The property management company, Greystar, was unresponsive to Diistorted Music's concerns, and despite promises to fix the issues, nothing was done for several weeks. When a pest control specialist was finally sent, he found a significant amount of rat feces in multiple locations, but the property management company failed to take further action.
Destinee Rhame's experience was more positive, but she also mentioned that the on-site washing machines were often out of order and that there were roaches present in the complex.
Tenant Experience
The reviews highlight the important role of staff members, particularly Andrew, in the leasing process. Diistorted Music praised Andrew for his initial helpfulness, but noted that after the rats and roaches appeared, his response was lacking. Destinee Rhame credited Andrew with making the leasing process easy and being honest about issues.
Outcomes
Diistorted Music is moving out of the complex due to the lack of action taken by the property management company to address the rat and roach infestation. Destinee Rhame, while satisfied with her leasing experience, is bothered by the persistent problems with the on-site washing machines and the presence of roaches.
