We understand that pets are an integral part of your family, which is why we're a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with a $600 ($200 refundable) deposit and a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet. Some aggressive breed restrictions apply.

Problems with Maintenance and Staff
There are several issues with the maintenance and staff at this apartment complex. Residents have reported broken air conditioning, leaky faucets, and poor customer service. Some have even reported finding urine-soaked carpets left outside their doors.
Issues with Pets
Pet owners have also reported problems with their neighbors' pets, including loud noise and messes left on their property. One resident reported that dog owners upstairs would often leave their pets unattended, causing messes and disruptions to the neighbors.
Management Response
Residents have reported that management fails to respond promptly to their concerns, and sometimes ignores them altogether. One resident was told to "call back on Monday" after reporting a problem, rather than being given a solution or a timeline for resolution.
Lack of Transparency
Residents have also reported a lack of transparency from the management, including not being informed of price increases or being given inaccurate information.
