Negative: The company's poor customer service, dishonesty, and disregard for tenants' needs led to negative experiences for both reviewers.

Poor Customer Service

Both reviewers expressed frustration with the customer service they received from the company. A. M.-J. was told that properties were available within a certain timeframe, but when their social worker called to confirm, they were given the runaround and told that there were no properties available. This lack of transparency and honesty led A. M.-J. to accuse the company of being "a bunch of liars."

Unacceptable Living Conditions

Marla Ochu's review highlights the poor condition of the rental properties. She mentions that when she moved into a one-bedroom apartment, she had to clean the place herself, including removing cigarette holes from the carpet. This suggests that the company is not taking adequate care of its properties before renting them out to tenants.

Disregard for Tenants' Needs

Both reviewers expressed feelings of neglect and disregard from the company. A. M.-J.'s social worker was put on hold and then told that there were no properties available, despite the company's initial promises. Marla Ochu had to deal with broken-in cars and drug use on the premises, which the company seemed to ignore.
