Positive Experiences
Crystal Bond is highly praised for her efficiency, speed, and pleasant demeanor, making her a recommended agent among co-workers, family, and friends. Justin Garant is also commended for his relentless commitment to helping clients, going above and beyond to find a vendor that would underwrite Alpacas at a wedding.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, some clients have had disappointing experiences with insurance agents. There have been issues with responsiveness, with one client waiting over a month to get back on their husband's insurance with no response. Another client has had terrible experiences over the past eight years, dealing with policies being transferred between different people, and being misled about coverage.
