Our Story
UKG was formed in 2020 through the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos Incorporated. Today, we are a leading provider of HCM solutions, with over 70 years of combined experience in the HR and workforce management industries.
Customer Support Issues
Multiple reviewers expressed frustration with PeopleDoc's customer support, citing unresponsive teams, unanswered emails, and difficulty getting in touch with representatives. Some users reported being unable to access their documents, including pay slips, due to poor customer support.
