Floor Plans
We offer three spacious floor plans to choose from:
- 1 Bedroom Floor Plan A1: This 700-square-foot apartment features one bedroom, one bath, and ample living space. Rent: $679-$691, Deposit: $150.
- 2 Bedroom Floor Plan B1: This 1000-square-foot apartment features two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and ample living space. Rent: $765-$999, Deposit: $250.

Maintenance and Repairs
The apartments have several issues with maintenance and repairs. Many reviewers mentioned that the management does not fix problems in a timely manner, and sometimes not at all. For example, one reviewer mentioned that the flooring is not real and peels up everywhere, and another reviewer said that the doors do not shut properly. Another issue is that the management does not take care of bed bug infestations, and one reviewer even found bed bugs crawling out of an electrical socket.
Pest Control
Pest control is a major issue in these apartments. Several reviewers mentioned seeing huge rats, roaches, and bed bugs in their units. One reviewer said that the management did not take care of the bed bug problem and even charged them $200 to spray the apartment, but the problem was not resolved.
Eviction and Rent Issues
Some reviewers had issues with eviction and rent payments. One reviewer said that they were evicted on the day after Christmas because they were one day late with their rent payment, and the management tried to take $2000 from the city of Tulsa and $1000 from the reviewer. Another reviewer said that they were evicted because they were a little bit short on their rent payment, and the management took them to court.
Safety and Security
Safety and security are also concerns in these apartments. One reviewer found a wooden stick lodged under their tire, and the management did not take any action to ensure their safety. Another reviewer mentioned that there are no cameras on the property, and security only shows up when called, but often after the police arrive.
