Problems with Office Management
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the office management, citing unprofessional behavior, incompetence, and a lack of transparency. Jennifer Rex had to move out due to mold and contamination, and despite paying her contract, the office refused to give her a deposit back. Poor Maintenance and Neglect
