Donahue Sr. in the New England Area, and today we own and operate a diversified portfolio of over 50 residential communities and 50,000 square feet of commercial space in seven states.

The maintenance staff, particularly Jim, have received praise for providing exceptional service. Kimberly Floyd noted that Jim has gone above and beyond to help her mother, indicating a high level of dedication and care.
Parking Challenges
However, the parking situation has been criticized by both reviewers. Kimberly mentioned that the parking is "terrible" for visitors, particularly in the winter. Deformed Biscuit also expressed dissatisfaction, stating that the elderly tenants are forced to park in spaces farthest from the building, while staff members park in closer spots. This perceived unfairness has led to frustration among residents.
Facility Characteristics
Deformed Biscuit also mentioned that the facility allows smoking, which may not be suitable for all residents. While this is a characteristic of the facility, it is not necessarily a residential issue per se.
