Our History
We are a family-owned business that has been serving the greater Memphis area since 1942. We provide plumbing services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We offer repair services for all divisions as well as new construction and remodels. Our plumbers are licensed journeymen or master plumbers with apprenticeship training, backflow certified, and OSHA trained. We also provide backflow preventer testing, repair, and new installations.

Repair Services Experiences
Negative Experiences
Two customers, Dianne Nugent and Jim Bailey, had poor experiences with the company. Dianne's issue was with a leaky faucet repair that caused water damage to her dining room, which the company failed to fix properly. She was also unhappy with the company's refusal to pay for the cleaning of her drapes that got wet during the incident. Jim, on the other hand, felt deceived by the company's business practices. He was overcharged for a kitchen faucet installation, and the plumber left without finishing the job properly. The company also failed to provide an estimate for a leaking basement drain, despite multiple promises to do so.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, two customers, Lynn Jewell and Ed Avlalo, had positive experiences with the company.
