Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience
Some patients have reported having a difficult time with Dr. Fadoju (Mercy) at her healthcare facility. Yitzi Kaner, a 1-star reviewer, claims that Dr. Fadoju lacks patience and doesn't meet patients on time. She also tends to assume that patients don't take care of themselves and engages in condescending behavior.
On the other hand, Curtis Campbell, a 5-star reviewer, has a very different experience with Dr. Fadoju. He finds her accommodating, helpful, and non-condescending. He appreciates that she asks necessary questions and provides suggestions. Additionally, he notes that the staff is friendly and reminds patients of appointments.
However, Beautifully Blessed, a 1-star reviewer, had a frustrating experience with the receptionist. She claims that the receptionist didn't check the clipboard for her appointment and assumed she was with another patient, a man and his son, who arrived after her. The receptionist called her phone while she was waiting and asked another patient to be seen before her. Beautifully Blessed was extremely dissatisfied with this experience and announced that she would never reschedule an appointment with the facility.
