My name is Carolyn, and I am a dedicated healer using a multidimensional approach to wellness. I believe in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and wellbeing through a holistic perspective that incorporates energy healing, sound therapy, and herbalism.

My journey has been guided by a deep desire to connect with the natural world and explore its healing power. This passion led me to become a Traditional Herbalist, a Reiki Master Teacher, and a Sound Healer, equipping me with a diverse toolkit to support my clients' journeys. My formal studies encompass a Bachelor's in Music Education and a Master's in Music Theory from UMass Amherst, providing a strong foundation in sound and its transformative effects. Over the years, I've honed my skills teaching violin and songwriting, demonstrating my love for fostering creative expression and personal growth.

Currently, I'm immersed in an apprenticeship at Blazing Star Herbal School in Conway, MA. This immersive experience deepens my understanding of herbal medicine and strengthens my connection to plant allies. I find joy in creating herbal preparations like teas, salves, and remedies, sharing these gifts with loved ones and incorporating them into my healing practice.

My path is continually evolving, guided by an unwavering commitment to learning, growing, and supporting others in their own personal healing journeys.
