Quality of Service
The quality of service at Turn The Page Child Development Center has been a mixed bag according to parents. While some parents have had positive experiences, others have been left frustrated and disappointed.
Staff Supervision
Some parents have expressed concerns about the lack of supervision provided by teachers. For example, Kimbo Brunel mentioned that the staff does not supervise children in the bathroom or when putting on their shoes, leading to issues with cleanliness and safety. On the other hand, Amy Kendrick praised the staff for being attentive and responsive to the children's needs.
Communication
Communication has been an issue for some parents. Kylie Anne appreciated the teachers' ability to listen and explain things to the children, but Valerie Powell was upset when her child was taken on a field trip without her permission. Ashlin Maessen appreciated that the teachers were available and celebratory towards their children's achievements.
Safety
Unfortunately, some parents have experienced incidents that raise concerns about safety. Milk Maker's child was given formula despite being exclusively breastfed, and another child sustained a bruise on their chin with no explanation. Valerie Powell's child was taken on a field trip without her permission, and another child had a gash on their forehead with no clear explanation.
Highlights
Despite the issues mentioned above, there have been positive experiences reported. Some parents have praised the quality of care, citing the teachers' attentiveness and the fun activities provided. Tami Davison had a particularly positive experience, praising the center as the best she had ever used.
