Reviewer Concerns

Maintenance Issues

Water outages due to maintenance issues are a frequent problem, occurring at least once a week, and the management is deemed unprofessional and unconcerned about resolving these issues promptly.

Accessibility and Noise

The complex is not ADA compliant, with many stairs, making it difficult for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the front side of the complex facing Orange Ave is noisy, and residents may not always receive a full scheduled recharge.

Security Concerns

Residents have expressed concerns about the lack of security measures, which has led to incidents of mailbox break-ins and stolen property. Despite these issues, the management has not taken adequate measures to install security cameras or improve security.

Quality of Living

The apartments are considered outdated, and the living conditions are only average. The management has been criticized for not doing enough to address issues such as smoking near units, particularly marijuana smoke, which affects the quality of life for residents.
