Pet-Friendly Living

Poor Quality of Living Conditions
Several reviewers shared their concern about the poor living conditions in the complex. Adam Seibel described his apartment as "one of the worst places I've ever lived in", mentioning issues with hot water, door knob, and kitchen flooding. Clarissa Garza reported that her apartment was 90 degrees and maintenance requests were ignored. Adrian Graterol and A. H. R. mentioned bugs and cockroaches infesting their apartments, while Mr. O. G. mentioned bedbugs and a moldy sink.
Unprofessional Staff
Karmen Deluci was unhappy with the office staff's response to her maintenance requests, describing the handling of the issue as "disrespectful" and "lack of empathy". Adrian Graterol complained about the office being unprofessional and saying that staff treated problems as "fun" instead of taking them seriously. Mr. O. G. mentioned that office staff were unhelpful and ignored maintenance issues.
