Our Story
Our story began in 1999, when Moe Siry purchased the structure of what would become the Porto Vista Hotel. As an immigrant with a vision to create an affordable, one-of-a-kind, family-owned hotel in the heart of downtown San Diego, Moe exemplified the American Dream. Since then, Porto Vista has developed into one of the most stylish and affordable boutique hotels in the city. We're proud to pay tribute to the rich history and class of Little Italy through our dedication to vintage comfort, with a twist.
