Overall Experience
The experience at this doctor's office was overwhelmingly positive for two reviewers, while one reviewer had a terrible encounter with a receptionist. Ellen Hunter and Kelly Carpenter both gave the highest rating, 5 stars, and praised the doctor's friendly and reassuring nature. Ellen felt comfortable asking questions and was impressed by her doctor's willingness to take the time to explain everything. Kelly, on the other hand, had an amazing experience throughout her entire pregnancy, feeling safe and at ease with her doctor, Dr. Rafalin.

Negative Aspects
However, one reviewer, Digna Taveras, had a terrible experience with an Indian receptionist, who had a condescending attitude and made her feel inferior. This encounter led Digna to give the office a 1-star rating and vow never to return.
