Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, one reviewer had a negative experience with a caretaker from the organization. The caretaker was found to be unresponsive and neglectful, failing to provide assistance when it was needed most. The incident occurred at a public restaurant, where the caretaker was accompanying an elderly woman with a walker.
