Founded by Raymond H. Petereit in 1978, Petereit Investments has grown from the development of a single retail property in Spring, TX to owning and managing 29 commercial properties throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Our portfolio of over 1 million square feet is locally managed by a dedicated and seasoned team who are committed to serving tenants. Petereit's unique formula of long-term ownership, in-house brokerage, and tailored service has efficiently served our tenants for over 40 years.
