Disappointment and Frustration
One reviewer, Mariya Efimova, expressed her discontent with the apartment complex, giving it only 1 star. She stated that she is still waiting for her deposit return, despite moving out almost a year ago. She was unhappy with the current manager's attitude, who seemed uncaring and unresponsive to her requests. Efimova threatened to take the matter to court if the issue is not resolved.
