Our Providers
Our team of healthcare providers is headed by experienced medical professionals who are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements. Our providers include:
- Denise Cook, FNP-BC, a board-certified nurse practitioner with expertise in family medicine and a fluency in English and Spanish.
- Jerry Cade, MD, MBA, AAHIVS, a medical doctor with a specialization in HIV/AIDS and a fluency in English and Spanish.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to address the unique needs of non-insured and under-insured individuals and families in Southern Nevada. Some of our services include:
- General Medicine: Family physicians who diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments in patients of all ages.
- Women's Health: Services include well-women exams, pap smears, breast exams, pregnancy tests, gynecology services, and referrals for mammograms and ultrasounds.
- Cancer Screening: Early detection leads to greater success in breast or cervical cancer intervention. We offer breast exams, pap smears, testicular exams, prostate exams, and referrals for mammograms and ultrasounds.
- STI/STD Testing and Treatment: We provide affordable and confidential on-site diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections such as Syphilis, Chlamydia, genital warts, and Herpes.
- HIV/AIDS Program: We offer primary health care and medical case management in a prompt and compassionate manner. We also provide medical nutrition therapy, support groups, and transportation services.
- PrEP Program: We offer PrEP, a daily pill that can protect HIV-negative people from HIV infection.
- CABENUVA Program: A one-shot regimen for HIV treatment.
