Northshore Counseling Center is a professional counseling service that has been serving the Greater Houston and surrounding areas of Crosby, San Jacinto, Channelview, Humble, Baytown, Galena Park, Pasadena, and LaPorte since 2001. Our mission is to provide high-quality, confidential, and responsive health care services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are committed to working closely with our clients and certifying government agencies to develop and implement the most effective cognitive approaches and customized treatment plans. We strive to deliver services in a respectful and efficient manner with sensitivity to cultural diversity, and it is our goal to educate individuals, families, and the community about mental illness and the hopeful possibilities of mental health treatment and recovery.

Groups and Education Classes

In addition to our individual counseling services, we also offer a variety of group classes designed to provide education, support, and skills training. Our group classes are led by licensed therapists and are designed for 1-4 hours. The client must pre-register and pre-pay for the group or class.

Referrals

We understand that seeking mental health treatment can be a difficult decision, and we are here to support our clients every step of the way. We accept referrals from doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers.

We accept most insurance companies and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), including Community Health Choice, Medicaid (NOT including Tx. Childrens &/or Amerigroup), Humana Tricare, and Veterans Community Care. We also accept cash, credit cards, or money orders for method of payment for services.

Our business office hours are Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 4:30PM and our appointment hours are 11:00AM - 7:00PM (most days) Most Saturdays: 8:00AM - 11:00 AM.
