Our Application Process
To apply for a property, please submit our convenient Rental Application online or mail it to Marsh Properties, PO Box 1213, Casper, WY 82602. Please ensure all required forms are submitted, including employment verification and landlord reference. Once all forms are received, we will process your application and follow up with you promptly.
Qualification Criteria
To qualify for rental approval, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Income in excess of two times the rental amount (net income) plus any utilities.
- Credit score of 550 or more.
- Completed employment verification and current landlord verification.
- Personal references and/or credit references in addition to the credit report.
