Unsatisfactory Experience at Beautiful U
The reviews of Beautiful U, a salon offering eyebrow threading and waxing services, are overwhelmingly negative. Several customers have reported poor service, unprofessional behavior, and inadequate results. Many reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with their experiences.
Multiple Issues
One reviewer, Mr. Jinguji, was misled about the services offered at the store, only to be informed that massage was not available despite being advertised. Another reviewer, Julia Highsmith, was disappointed with the inconsistency in her eyebrow threading, with one eyebrow being thin and long while the other was thick and shorter. Several reviewers have also complained about the unprofessional behavior of the staff, including being kept waiting, being ignored, and being argued with.
Lack of Training
It appears that some staff members may not be qualified or trained to perform the services they are offering. Sarvesh Sharma reported multiple cuts and uneven eyebrows after his threading appointment, while Sweetp was offended by the owner's attitude when she expressed dissatisfaction with the service. Melanie Fernandez has even had to wait for extended periods only to be turned away or ignored.
One Positive Experience
However, not all experiences have been negative. Azka Riaz had a positive experience with the beautician, Iffat, who did a great job and made sure she was comfortable. Natalie Eiland also praised Usha, who she considers an eyebrow guru, as kind, funny, and professional.
