Pet Policy
We welcome pets in our community! Our pet policy allows for up to two pets per household, with a maximum weight of 35 pounds. There is a $300 pet deposit per pet, of which $150 is non-refundable. We require vet records and a photo of your pet. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Dalmation, Doberman, Boxer, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, or Wolf Hybrid.
