Another reviewer was pleased with the results of cataract surgery performed by Dr. Crossman. The staff was described as personable and helpful in one review.
Negative Experience
However, there are several reviews that express dissatisfaction with their visits. One reviewer was disappointed with the lack of transparency about the cost of glasses and contacts. The office did not take insurance for these services and the rebates offered by the manufacturer were not sufficient to make up for the lack of coverage.
