Gretchen Marsh Johnston, daughter of founder Lex Marsh, serves as Chairman for Marsh Properties. She has also served on the Board of Trustees of Charlotte Country Day School and of Davidson College. Gretchen is an active member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church and has dedicated her time and energy to various local organizations and initiatives.
*Jamie McLawhorn - President*
Jamie McLawhorn serves as President of Marsh Properties where he oversees company operations including development and property management, strategic planning and investments. He grew up in eastern North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Accounting. Jamie is an active member of the community, serving on various boards, including Discovery Place, Carolina Thread Trail, and Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
*George Warren - Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer*
As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Marsh Properties, George Warren is responsible for the non-residential real estate operations and joint venture investments in addition to corporate finance and accounting. Mr. Warren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctorate from The University of North Carolina School of Law. George practices law with Perry, Patrick, Farmer & Michaux specializing in tax and corporate law prior to joining Marsh Properties in 1998.
