Parking and Security Issues
Some reviewers have reported parking issues, including cars being towed without clear signage warning of the rules. One reviewer had their car towed without being in a handicapped spot or fire lane and was charged $300 to recover their vehicle. Another reviewer mentioned that cars are often parked in the visitor's area, even if they are residents with designated parking spots. As for security, one reviewer noted that the complex lacks sufficient lighting, leading to cars having their tires slashed.
Maintenance and Staff
On the other hand, many reviewers praised the maintenance staff and office staff for being kind, polite, and prompt in responding to issues. One reviewer specifically mentioned that the maintenance guy, Paul, goes above and beyond to fix issues in a timely manner.

Noise and Disturbances

One reviewer was especially bothered by the noise from upstairs neighbors, reporting that they can hear every conversation, dog noise, and even sexual activity. Another reviewer mentioned that the laundry room can be messy and that their key to the room often doesn't work.
