We welcome cats and dogs, with a maximum of two cats and one dog per household. We also offer a pet rent of $30 per month per cat and $35 per month per dog.

Property Condition and Maintenance
The property's upkeep has declined, with dead trees, no sprinklers, and no carpet cleaning in the hallways. The buildings are old and sometimes take a while to fix issues. Some residents have reported poor bathroom conditions, with shower tiles falling apart.
Customer Service and Staff
The leasing office staff are nice and provide good customer service. However, some residents have reported that the staff does not enforce rules and only does the bare minimum to fix issues.
Amenities and Parking
The laundry facilities are a problem, with washers that don't clean well and cause damage to clothes. Parking has also become an issue, with limited spaces and some residents having multiple cars.
Noise and Disruptions
Some residents have reported noise disturbances at all hours, with loud neighbors and no quiet hours enforced. Additionally, there have been incidents of vandalism, such as broken sensors in the laundry room.
