Communication Issues
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the poor communication from the apartment management. Author A rated the apartment 1 star, citing a terrible apartment with dirty conditions, broken blinds, and a terribly dirty shower, and even mentioned that no one was available to address issues over the weekend. Author Tashia Roberson-Wing also rated 1 star, stating that despite numerous calls and emails, she was unable to reach anyone, including about her holding fee check.
