Availability and Amenities
Multiple reviewers have expressed concerns about the availability and quality of the amenities offered by The Link. Several reviewers mentioned that the gym equipment is often broken and not fixed in a timely manner, the pool table does not have enough balls, the TVs around the property do not work, and the movie room is non-functional.
Staff Conduct and Behavior
There are also concerns about the behavior and conduct of the staff. Pat Spatcher mentioned that security staff does not answer their phone to remove unwanted visitors, while Zhiya Gao mentioned that staff members were apathetic and hostile towards residents. Gloria Benson, a person with a service animal, was not allowed a tour of the property and was subjected to discriminatory behavior.
