Inconsistent Insurance Verification
Some reviewers had a negative experience with the clinic's insurance verification process. Ryan Catlett mentioned that he was injured at work and had to switch insurance, but the clinic didn't verify his insurance before performing dental work, resulting in a hefty bill.
