Poor Experience
Dr. Evans' office was described as unwelcoming by one patient. The patient, Abbey Magill, felt rushed during her appointment and was lectured about her health history, weight, and career choices. She also felt judged for not having insurance in the past and was upset that the doctor did not seem to understand her situation. The patient left feeling disheartened and beat down.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, several patients had a positive experience with Dr. Evans. Noemi Romero, who delivered her son prematurely, praised the doctor's care and attention during her pregnancy. Ezinne Osuagwu, Helen Ruiz, and Aubrey Steiner all sang the praises of Dr. Evans, describing him as personable, funny, caring, and knowledgeable. They also appreciated the friendly and organized staff at the office.
Challenges
One patient, Abbey Magill, mentioned a technical glitch with booking an appointment, where she was able to book an appointment on a Friday afternoon even though the office didn't see new patients then. However, this was quickly resolved with the help of the receptionist.
Unique Feedback
Aubrey Steiner mentioned that Dr. Evans took time to listen to her concerns during her appointments and sent her to a specialist when necessary. Helen Ruiz praised the doctor for being supportive and allowing her to follow him in his clinic when she was unsure about her career path.
