Billing Office Issues
The billing office has been criticized for its inefficiency and unprofessionalism. Patients have reported delayed refunds, untimely billing, and a lack of respect from staff members. In one instance, a patient requested an itemized bill, which was met with attitude and resistance from the billing office.
Poor Communication and Disorganization
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the office's communication and organization. One patient was disappointed when her medical records were not sent to her new provider in a timely manner, causing her to miss an appointment.
