Negative Experiences

Many residents have reported having a poor experience at the apartment complex. They have faced issues with parking, management, and maintenance.

Parking Issues

Several residents have complained about the parking system. S. R. reported a faulty sticker being placed on their car without any justification or knowledge of who they were and their purpose for the visit. Another resident, Bing Yu, mentioned that when they tried to reserve an elevator on the move-out day, no one helped, causing additional time and costs.

Poor Management

Some residents have expressed frustration with the management team. Quynh Le complained about incorrect billing and poor communication with the management team, which led to a negative impact on their credit score. Fasting Journey reported a miserable experience with the current manager, who hides in their office and is inaccessible to residents. Bing Yu also mentioned not receiving their returned deposit on time and having to go to the bank to get evidence that they never received the money.

Maintenance and Living Conditions

Residents have complained about the maintenance and living conditions of the apartment complex. Fasting Journey reported seeing garbage and pet waste everywhere, which they attributed to the poor management. There are numerous mentions of the building going downhill since the management team changed.
