Our Story
Neighborhood Rentals was founded by Jeremy Westwood, a passionate and knowledgeable property management professional with over 30 years of experience. Jeremy's extensive background in property management, from maintenance supervisor to property manager, has enabled him to develop a unique understanding of what it takes to manage successful properties. With an MBA from Idaho State University, Jeremy's vast knowledge and education have equipped him to manage properties with confidence and precision.
