The community at Axis has faced issues with safety, particularly after a shooting incident, which led to a decline in safety. The private security hired was unprofessional and hostile towards residents, with one guard even wrongly accusing a resident of wrongdoing. The staff displayed intimidation and hostility towards residents, leading to tears and discomfort.
Double Standards and Unprofessionalism
Axis employees were found to be engaging in prohibited activities, such as alcohol and drug use, with residents, while also displaying unprofessional behavior, including disrespect towards other residents and property damage. This double standard not only sets a poor example for residents but also tarnishes the property's reputation.

The management at Axis has been accused of disrespect towards residents, including entering apartments without notice, disturbing residents' privacy, and displaying a lack of respect.
