Commercial Wood Framing and Panelized Roof Structures
Our commercial wood framing and panelized roof structure division provides expert services for clients in the Las Vegas area. We specialize in commercial rough carpentry services, erecting roof structures for big box retail and warehouse/distribution buildings, as well as providing carpentry services for professional office buildings, private schools, and churches.
Re-Painting Services
Our Tradewinds Painting division was founded in 2009 to adapt our subcontracting services to the demands of the changing marketplace. We offer exterior repainting services for existing high-rise buildings, commercial building repaints, and large multi-family residential apartment and condominium projects throughout the Southwest United States.
Tenant Improvement General Contracting
Our tenant improvement division provides expert services for clients in the Southwest United States. We specialize in providing interior build-out services for commercial spaces, including medical/dental offices, Class A office buildings, office warehouse shells and interiors, hotels, condominiums, and large retail buildings, as well as schools, churches, and restaurants.
