At the Center for Counseling and Growth, PLC, our mission is to promote overall wellness for individuals, couples, families, and organizations. We believe that every individual has the potential to grow and thrive, and we are dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for our clients to work through their challenges. Our team of licensed therapists is passionate about helping people overcome a wide range of issues, from mental health symptoms and relationship conflicts to career and life transitions.

Our Services

We offer a variety of counseling services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our services include:

• Outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, and adults
• Couples counseling to improve communication and relationships
• Family counseling to strengthen family bonds and resolve conflicts
• Individual counseling to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, and other mental health concerns

We also offer telehealth counseling services, allowing you to access our expert care from the comfort of your own home.

Mental Health Presentations and Trainings

In addition to our individual and group counseling services, we also offer mental health presentations and trainings for agency and organization staff members. These workshops and training sessions are designed to educate professionals on a variety of mental health issues, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to better serve their clients and communities.

Office Hours and Location

Our office is located in Winchester, Virginia, and our operating hours are:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most major holidays.

Office Closure Policy

The safety of our clients and our clinicians is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we may close our office or offer alternative arrangements for clients. You will be notified via telephone or email if our office is closed or closing due to weather conditions.

Holiday Schedule

We understand the importance of time off during the holiday season. As such, our office will be closed on the following holidays:

• New Year's Eve (closing at 3 PM)
• New Year's Day
• Good Friday (Friday before Easter - closing at 3 PM)
• Apple Blossom (Thursday - closing at 3 PM; Friday - all day)
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (Wednesday - closing at 3 PM; Thursday and Friday - all day)
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
