Staff and Management

The staff, particularly Cindy and Julie, were praised for their friendly and helpful nature. They made the moving-in process easy and were quick to address any small requests. However, some residents expressed frustration with the management company, ConAm, citing their cost-cutting measures and lack of transparency.

Amenities and Location
