Problems with Property Management
The reviews highlight several issues with the property management company, Wirtz. Alekzandar and Joseph Sun both express disappointment with the management team's lack of responsiveness and accountability. Alekzandar mentions that the company increased rent substantially without making any improvements to the unit, while Wirtz's representative, Yolanda, was reported to be berating and unprofessional in her communication with Chloe. Joseph Sun was also dismayed by the lack of empathy shown when his scheduled viewing appointments were cancelled without notice.
Overpriced and Misleading Apartments
Porsche Cayenne's review describes an unfortunate experience in which she was misinformed about the size of her new apartment. After trusting Anthony's assurances, she discovered that the studio apartment was significantly smaller than expected. Porsche was left with a large furniture order that she had to return and was left feeling frustrated and disillusioned.
Positive Experiences
However, not all reviews were negative. Alexis Allotta praises the building's maintenance team, calling them "always available, incredibly efficient, timely and kind." Meanwhile, Jason Kesler and Samuel Hildebrand shared positive experiences with the company. Jason loved his time at 2970 N. Sheridan, citing Katy T. as a helpful and reliable property manager.
