Our Story

Mt. Washington Care Center has a rich history of providing high-quality care to our residents. Founded in 1979, our facility has been rated 5 stars by the state and has been recognized for its excellence in providing rehabilitation and nursing care. Our dedicated staff is comprised of licensed professionals, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified dietary managers, who work together to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
